Course Description
Grades: 3-6
Requirements: Devices that can run both the Scratch App (accessible on the website) and Zoom at the same time.
Who should take this course: Young students who are interested in learning how to program and how they work.
Level 1 (Beginner)
Introduction to beginning concepts where students will learn how to program using block based visual language. Students will learn how to use the basic commands.
Prerequisites: No programming experience required.
Level 2 (Intermediate)
Intermediate course for Scratch. Students will learn conditional statements, looping, and variables along with animations and control.
Prerequisites: Scratch Beginner
Level 3 (Advanced)
Advanced course for Scratch. Students will learn the advance blocks offered in Scratch along with learning how to use user input, lists, and sounds.
