Level 1 (Beginner)
This camp is intended for students who have never had any or have had little programming experience. Experience with Scratch is recommended but not needed. The first level will focus on developing apps using MIT App Inventor. MIT App Inventor is a visual drag-and-drop language that will teach students to understand the logic behind programming while creating apps you can test on your phone. Students will learn about many of the blocks and features in MIT App Inventor like conditionals, loops, and procedures.
